Job Summary:
The Admin Executive is responsible for managing and supporting daily administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the office, and assisting various departments as required. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative tasks.
- Handle correspondence, filing systems, and document management.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and maintenance contractors.
- Assist in planning meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative systems.
- Maintain records related to staff attendance, leave, and office assets.
- Support HR and finance departments with administrative duties as needed.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and functionality of the office space.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Min 2 yrs experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in handling vendor contracts and facility management.
- Familiarity with HR administrative tasks or payroll assistance.
- Knowledge of local compliance and regulatory requirements.
Work Hours:
Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
