Powder Coated Clamps
APPLICATION:
Powder Coated Clamps are used for securely supporting pipes and conduits in indoor and outdoor environments, especially where aesthetics and corrosion resistance are important. These clamps are suitable for HVAC systems, plumbing lines, cable management, and architectural installations. The powder-coated finish enhances visual appeal and provides an additional layer of protection against moisture, chemicals, and abrasion.
CONSTRUCTION:
A Powder Coated Clamp is typically made from mild steel or stainless steel, and coated with an electrostatically applied, oven-cured powder finish. The coating forms a durable, uniform, and high-quality surface that is resistant to chipping, scratching, and fading. These clamps are available in various colors and sizes, and often come with EPDM or rubber linings to reduce vibration and noise transmission. The clamp design may be single-piece, split, or two-bolt, depending on the application requirements.
